yeah, it was right before a movie. or a dolly parton concert. do you remember seeing the spinning colored circles and the word SPECIAL before a snoopy cartoon or the grinch? any cartoon, actually, that was on prime time, mostly during the holidays.

saw weezer last night! tenacious D and jimmy eat world opened. it was insane.

thanks, yadas, for the box o' stuff! it's nice to get toys again. that's what birthdays are for. we didn't play drop-the-clothespin-in-the-jar, the egg toss, or pin-the-tail-on-the-donkey like old times, but i did get silly-stringed by my roommates.
