ever wonder what it's like to travel with the circus?

i remember going to some sort of... urgh... rec center or something, because i remember playing with pipe cleaners and having access to chinese checkers, even though i didn't know how to play it. i think i vaguely remember something like ping pong tables around...

and then there was joy school. the end.

whenever mom couldn't get us out of bed, she'd just have to say what kind of cereal she had bought the day before, then we'd get up. there was strawberry shortcake, cabbage patch kids, crunchy stars, smurfberry crunch, oj's ("move em out!"), and of course circus fun cereal.

anyone remember going to the space needle and merle jumping off the elevator to get some fudge? or how we'd eat figurines, chocolate slim fast bars and that crappy chocolate aerosol spray? or all those cobwebbed flower pots in our side yard at the belmont house? mike, do you remember going to some summer program... don't know if it was a church or what... but there were foosball tables, games, and we would play capture the flag? or putting a hose down the slide on the swingset, or better yet, along garbage bags lined with bricks on our lawn!

or what about that one time in the basement around halloween you constructed a haunted house where all the fiberglass was, and had amber and joanne pop out of boxes to scare me... oooh, and the time michael nailed a sprinkler to the fence and put up christmas lights...

malcom likes it here in san jose. i took him to work with me, but every time i left, he would bark and cry. so i eventually took him home. he'll be at amber's house tomorrow. do you guys miss him? is casey enjoying his toys now that malcom isn't taking them away from him?
